Privacy
How this website handles information.
In plain language: this site collects as little as possible. Nothing you type is stored by us or sent anywhere until you choose to send it.
Fit explorer
Your fit explorer selections are assessed in your browser. They are not sent to Velaro or stored in a database. If you choose to continue, only broad categorical selections may be carried to the contact page in the web address. No personal information is placed there.
Contact
When you send a message through the contact form, your details are delivered to Gabriel by email using a form delivery service (FormSubmit). They are not stored in a database on this website, and nothing is sent until you press send. The calculator and scorecard tools run entirely in your browser and do not send or store what you enter.
If you contact us
If you email or call, we use your details only to reply to you and to continue any conversation you choose to have. We don't sell or share them, and we'll delete them if you ask.
Hosting
The service hosting this website keeps standard technical logs needed to operate and secure it, and provides basic, aggregated visitor statistics (such as page views) so we can see which pages are useful. Velaro has not added advertising trackers, marketing signup forms or cookie scripts.
